Shark Attack in Monterey

sharkattack.jpgEarthquakes and Sabers and Sharks, Oh My!

It's been a busy day in the Bay Area. We guess that JAWS was feeling a little bit left out of all the action and thought today might be a good day to take a bite or two out of a surfer. Todd Endris was minding his own dang business near the Marina State Beach when the 12-foot white shark attacked. Holy Nemo!

Endris bravely fought off the shark by throwing punches at the beast. (That's so awesome. It gets us a little bit excited when we hear stories like this. Humans can be so brave and hot in times of distress. Do you think he had toned, glistening biceps?)

Turns out Endris was bitten in the torso and in the thigh. He is expected to survive. Yay!

For more details on the story, check it out here.
