SFist Photo: Panhandle District Monkeywrenching?

Well, it looks like some people don't like the disorderly conduct rules preventing drumming in the Golden Gate Park Panhandle. They must have gone to some trouble to alter this sign that now appears to permit the playing of percussion instruments. The way the law is written, proper notice to drummers seems to be required, so we are in danger of something like Hippie JamFest '05 breaking out in this area until the sign is fixed. Rock on.
