Hey mariconsoy - the point still stands if someone makes a pass at you, you ignore or say NO - there was no groping here, sure there is hypocrisy IF you think someone should vote their own views - assuming you believe an elected person should always disregard the people who elected them and only vote what they feel is right.

As a straight guy, I can't understand why what he did was so wrong - he tried to hook up with someone in a bathroom by tapping his foot and putting his hand beneath the barrier - straight guys are a lot more assertive than that at any club - It just does not seem like its worth arresting someone over this - if someone comes on to you you just ignore it or say 'NO' that is usually all that is required.
