Amy Winehouse Cancels US Tour
We are saddened yet not surprised to report that Amy Winehouse has canceled her US tour. Bah! So those of you -- those of us, that is -- who planned on seeing her at the Warfield on 9/21 or 9/22...won't.
Due to the rigors involved in touring, Amy Winehouse has been advised to postpone her upcoming September US and Canadian tour dates. All ticket holders may obtain refunds at their point of purchase. Amy's European and UK tour dates in October and November remain in place. Plans are being made to reschedule her US tour for early 2008. Until then, Amy has been ordered to rest and is working with medical professionals to address her health.
We hear you on those "rigors." And how.
Get well, Amy. Damn.

Well, you know, they tried to make her go to rehab, but she wouldn't go, go, go. It's right there in her song!
Wow, however can you stand the idea of missing out on listening to her incoherently sing into a microphone, while looking at the ceiling?
Sure she's unintelligible, but she still sounds great.

She is so jonesed out that she is seeing shadow people everywhere. She can't feel the effects of the crack, meth and heroin anymore so she switched to oxy. She sleeps a couple of hours a week now.

She tried killing her own bodyguard because she thought he was a stalker. She slashed what she thought were her wrists, but it was actually her managers face. She is now strapped down in ice baths and is getting shock treatments twice a day.
