Devaughndre Broussard, 19 -- the infamous handyman at Your Black Muslim Bakery who is/was at the top of the list of Bailey's murder suspects -- says that he was "ordered by someone" to say that he killed Chauncey. At least that's what his lawyer, LeRue Grim, now claims.

According to the Chronicle, Grim wouldn't say who peer pressured Broussard. He did mention that said person "was tied to the Oakland bakery and had been present during the police interrogation of Broussard." (Cue Law & Order sound.)

When asked whether Broussard feels betrayed, Grim said, "Yeah, he sure does." Which? Duh.
