Are you referring to me or to yourself as the out-of-towner? Unsure of the precedent. My point is that D4 folks really liked Fiona as their district supe, and now they feel that they have no representation on the BOS, pretty much.

I'm sure she's just waiting for Ed Jew to complete his move to SF (probably waiting for the cable guy as we speak) before she officially severs all her ties with District 4. ;)
