Beyond Chron is REALLY reaching with this one. If I didn't know better, I'd think Pat Murphy penned that article. Then again, it made some sense -- not a whole lot, but some.
The Chron is too beleaguered a paper these days to really have such an influence on politics. The conspiracy theories espoused by Mr. Shaw are almost comical.
The overpass collapse was about 65 miles north of Sacramento.(Near Oroville CA).
