We don't live in LA (thank god). It's 101, not THE 101.
lololol you guys, what if Matt filed his papers for running half an hour before the deadline again?
C'MON, I STILL HAVE HOPE.
Ed Jew link should be http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/07/30/BAGSTR9ITP5.DTL, not link to Tom Snyder obit (which it is now).

"On the one hand there was a widespread criticism of his administration, but I was surprised that despite the criticism it was as if people didn't want to hold him accountable for the deficiencies in city services," Gonzalez said. "There was a complacency that people were sensing about the upcoming election... people don't think he's responsible for the problems."
no shit matt. we all blame you and your fucked up green party for all that ails us. you guys should all smoke a turd in hell for fucking up this city beyond all recognition.
you suck ass!
Wow, suckafree, since the Green Party doesn't even hold any elected offices, it is quite a stretch to blame them for every single proble in The City.
Perhaps the Democrats might have more to do with it, since they hold every office, except for the one held by Ed Jew.
But that would be logical.
needle exchanges, 160 million a year on the homeless, 1100 officers fewer than we really need, an enrollment process that forces any family with more than 3 months of living expenses to move out of the city when it's time to enroll their kid in school, 5 years to lifetime benefits for any government employee except the police, do i really need to go on?
how many of these were not green party initiatives that ruined this town?
None of those were "Green Party initiatives" since all of them were proposed and passed by a Democratic Party City Council and signed by a Democratic Party mayor.
What does the Green Party have to do with any of them?
this is just a shame. the college that grows progressives is out of money. who'd of thunk it. the problem with socialism that is, that there's no money it.

Not that this is news to you, as you try to spin that the Green Party is about anything but these facts, but here you go:
Homeless are more important than Tax Payers:
http://www.cagreens.org/platform/platform_justice.shtml#homelessness
Pot clubs are more important than Schools:
http://www.cagreens.org/platform/platform_justice.shtml#drugs
Bankrupting our Cities and Businesses are more important than Free Markets:
http://www.cagreens.org/platform/platform_justice.shtml#unions
Needle Exchanges are more important than the people who choose not to participate in the riskiest behavior known to man (unprotected Anal sex and shooting Heroin)
http://www.cagreens.org/platform/platform_justice.shtml#aids
Read it and weep.
Suckafree, please take your blatant hate off the internet and go read to your children. I hear that parental interaction with kids increases their IQ, thirst for knowledge, self esteem, and chances of doing well in school. Maybe then they won't need to rely on private schooling to get them through life. Adversely, wasting time trolling the internet, full of hate and fry, benefits no one. You -TRULY- want a better city? Start at home, with a renewed attitude. You're barking up the wrong tree here.
Suckafree, your so-called facts are nothing but spin. For example, the Green's platform on medical marijuana says nothing about education, which is covered here:
http://www.cagreens.org/platform/platform_justice.shtml#public
It's your right to hate on medical marijuana, unions, and needle exchange programs, but the majority of San Franciscans support all of those things. And your sweeping and inaccurate generalizations aren't going to help you change any minds.
NoeValleyJim: It's true that the Democratic party is currently dominating San Francisco politics, and I agree that the Dems are responsible for the majority of the City's problems. But there are still more Greens in office than Republicans. Let's see, there's Ross Mirkarimi, Mark Sanchez, Jane Kim, John Rizzo . . . am I forgetting anyone?
So I ask you again suckafree, how many of these "initiatives" became City policy because of the mighty power of the San Francisco Green Party?
You might as well blame the Communist Party, since they have about as much power.
Okay, as Jeremy points out, there are a very few elected Green Party officials, but you are being intellectually dishonest by not placing responsibility for City policy where it belongs.
And you know it.
which supervisors over the last 10 years are you claiming to not be supportive of the green party socialist agenda?
i don't care if they are a democrat or republican or libertarian, i'm talking about policy they helped enact, dumb ass!
Do you talk to your children with that mouth, Suckafree? A better San Francisco starts in the home!
