<description>&lt;p&gt;     SF PUC has a new ad campaign to promote water conservation.  The term &quot;Water Heroes&quot; is being bandied around.  I recommend Ed Jew for the title of ultimate Water Hero.  He uses the least amount of water this side of Darfur.  Way to go, Ed!!!
