The important issue for many residents of District 4 today is that the Mayor had this press conference in Chinatown! He needs to discuss his intentions with the residents of D4,in District 4, those impacted-and seemingly left without full time representation- the most by these incidents. Many of us have been waiting for some action on the Mayor's part-this was not it!!
