Yet again, Bart gets it right. Keep it up!
What I like almost more than the fact that BART tends to fix problems quickly is that they keep you in the know, and give you a relatively accurate estimate of how long things are going to take and exactly what's going on. On Muni it's either like, "we're holding for a while" or "the computer is experiencing problems so we're having delays and trains are running slowly". Of course, this is only after you've been standing on the platform for 15 minutes wondering why 8 trains have gone outbound and only one packed train has gone in...
