SFist Tonight

rinconhill.jpg
The fog is back! And we love it! Well, some of us do, but the chill is a good reason to motivate yourself out the door tonight. Take, for example:

-- The Transfer kicks off their new Sunday party, "Tea With Honey," with famous Bay Area rave DJ Gavin Hardkiss. (The ’90s really are back. Beware of pacifiers and lollipops used as accessories.) Honey Soundsystem's Peeplay, Kenvulsion, Robot Hustle, and Safety Scissors also take turn manning the decks at the first installment of this summer weekly. 6 p.m. - midnight, 198 Church (at Market); free

-- Psychedelic Furs, Alarm, and the Fixx bring you their pop-rock sounds at this large, downtown arena club. Show starts at 8 p.m. at Mezzanine, 444 Jessie (at Mint & Fifth St.); $40.Mezzanine. 8pm, $40

-- Don't feel like sleeping? (For the next few days, that is?) Dying to dance? Then, hit SOMA for "Super Soul Sundayz" featuring the house, soul, and hypnotic club-hit beats of DJs David Harness and JoJo Torres. 8 p.m.-4 a.m., the Endup, 401 6th St. (at Harrison); call for admission price.

I love the fog too. Thanks for making me feel quasi-normal.
