Thousands and thousands braved the freakn overcast this morning in Golden Gate Park.

Drizzle and fog did not dissuade this large crowd from raising millions of dollars in the 2007 San Francisco AIDS Walk today. The Jersey Boys were there to encourage the walkers and Jenifer Lewis was on hand to belt out another great performance. Congratulations to all of this years' participants, volunteers, and donors!

i'm sorry but this is so not impressive compared to last weekends avon breast cancer walk, which my wife participated in. this one started at a bright and early 10:30 am and was only 6 miles.

avon was a marathon and a half on two days starting at 7 am each day.

Did you take along your nanny, suckafree, or did she stay at home with the little ones?

Jesus, trying to one-up somebody on which charity walk is more "impressive" is about as pathetic as it gets.

WTF .... they raised over $4 million for Stop AIDS San Francisco and the projects they support. That's pretty Goddamn impressive ... and congratulations to everyone who participated.

not as pathetic as your nanny obsession you douche!

get a life!

You call those charity walks? In my day, we'd wake up at 10pm the preceding night to walk from New York to London. We raised a billion Indian-head pennies and used them to buy a zeppelin.
