lol... good one maricon i enjoy getting high as much as anyone else but i am so tired of the homeless doing it around my hood on a daily basis since all they do is collect recycling and then go buy their weed at the nearest club to get through their miserable existence shame on all of us for letting humans live this way didn't animal control have a better and more humane idea for what to do with creatures like these?
