Who exactly is the deyoung museum catering to? It seems like the special exhibits are just about rich people's clothes lately. I mean, really, what are we supposed to learn from this? That fur is art? That mean people get lots of undue praise?

Nan Kempner was a vile human being. In addition to her contempt for the un-thin and the un-rich, she was ugly. U-G-L-Y, you ain't got no alibi, ugly. She was so fake-baked that her chest looked like barbequed pork. Why again are we admiring this woman? Because she had a few expensive things in her closet? - Christine (one of these days I WILL register!)
