<description>&lt;p&gt;Someone who toured the property the last time it was made available for sale described it charitably as a &quot;shithole&quot; and said the price is about half a million too high. What the buyer gets is a handful of buildings beyond repair and all the worry and lawsuits following the inevitability that at some point a trespasser or squatter will get killed by an inevitable structural collapse. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
