And they will state that under the "sunshine" law they are protected from divulging any administrative action, if any, were taken on the driver/muni personnel the complaint was lodged against. But it's fun, you get to talk to Maggie Lynch and give her your 2 cents to her growing ulcer.

The letters I've gotten back have included rudimentary details about problems I've reported. But, I'd also highly recommend reporting the info to 311 instead of directly to MUNI. The 311 folks are a LOT more sympathetic.

I just recieved a response to my May 15 complaint and compliment I had forgotten what i wrote!

Complaints do get a response -- but it takes several weeks, and it's a simple form letter with no details about the complaint. That's it; if you call and try to get any more details, they'll refuse to provide them.
