Your Commute: Fire On Treasure Island

The commute across the Bay Bridge is a little backed up because of a three-alarm fire burning on Treasure Island. The building in question is an abandoned warehouse, and started around 7 a.m. today.

One firefighter's been injured, but not seriously, and since it's not posing a threat to anyone, crews are staying outside of the building, waiting for it to collapse, rather than going in and risking their safety. Seems like there's been a couple of these Treasure Island warehouse fires lately.
