Sure the vistas from 1 Rincon are great, but the views from the outside in suck. The building itself is plain ugly. Where was creativity in its design?

The building blocks views of the west tower of the bay bridge when you are looking from parts of twin peaks. Didn't anyone in the planning department give a shit about that before they approved the plans? What a stupid question.

I'd hate to be in it [especially in the top parts] during a quake or fire, or even a power failure. Rent the 80s film "The Towering Inferno" which is about the tallest building in the world which is in SF and burns in a fire that cooks lotsa people in horrifying ways. It's a must see for all potential 1 Rincon condo buyers.

I'm sure that the Osama crazie krews will be keeping their eyes on the building too.

about the blogger suit. I thought that Lee kaplan sounded a little familiar. Sfweekly did a good article on him last year >>

looks like there's a whole world of Kaplan out there
