question of the day: if Ed Jew was paid to do campaign work for Ms. Harris' bid for DA , did Ed Jew register as a campaign consultant with the city and pay the City Consultant Tax as per Yet Another Silly Progressive Election Law? it's a stupid law, but it is the law , and if you don't abide by it, you get nailed with fines. hence why I avoid working in SF anymore!

OK! I think Ed Jew should resign but I think its lame for SFist to keep repeating the same old stories. If Ed wasn't an Asian conservative but a local left progressive, would you be jumping on this topic as much as you have? This is getting old...

I don't get it. What purpose does it serve to summarize the work of Chronicle reporters? Why should you guys get ad revenue just for reading the newspaper?

I can totally understand how Chris was feeling,I have deep commitments on issues that send me into a rager.Tell me someone who hasn't.I just recently felt that same level of rage when Newsom stole the credit for something he even once balked on.It was Chris's commitment style that gave me reason to be involved in the political process to begin with.
