about the story on dog culture...it amazes me that i see so many people with dogs in the city considering how few landlords allow pets. either 99% of dog owners are also home-owners, or many of them are keeping contraband pets. and i say this as a frustrated would-be dog-owners who wishes that the rental code provided for responsible pet owenership and an easing of restrictions by landlords.
