Maybe some parents want the best for their children. If you can provide for them, what's wrong with that?
Machetes?
I think children with machetes is a great idea! Cue Alice Cooper...
I can't help remembering -- anybody else been through the Day School principal's Spiel?
"Why is the word machete still considered taboo in our culture?".
(Actually he uses the N-word in quoting some student incident and launches into a drawn out discussion of how tragically hip the school is, despite its starchy St. Paul's liberalness, and of course they all learned from the incident and went back to living in vacuo with no machetes or anything of that nature having been introduced at any point.).
I was robbed at gunpoint in the Inner Sunset in September. Scary shit.
