The Supervisor/Lounge Singer belted out an emotional rendition of Shine On Harvest Moon that brought down the house at a local supper club yesterday.

Well, maybe not. Tom didn’t actually sing at his fund-raiser on Market Street. But his dulcimer voice managed to attract a standing-room-only crowd that included the likes of Harry Britt, Jeff Adachi, Bevan Dufty, Carole Migden, and Terrance Hallinan. So far, so good.
