Has it occurred to the residents of Twin Peaks to join forces with the developers of the proposed  super-tall TransBay Tower.

One would think a deal could be cut that increases the height of the proposed skyscraper to a level that makes it&apos;s roof (and spire, perhaps) a suitable universal broadcasting platform to REPLACE the monstrosity atop Twin Peaks.

...two birds, one stone  - or something like that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
