Ed Rosenthal looks pretty happy for somebody who just lost in federal court, again. But the updated headline to this article tells the story: "Rosenthal reconvicted, to no effect". Is any party involved in this ongoing process going back five years happy with it? We've got frustrated prosecutors, pissed off jurors, an unhappy judge, and, of course (of course), Ed, who was looking at 60 years in Club Fed when this whole affair started.
