<description>&lt;p&gt;More brazen criminal activity based on the notion that they won&apos;t get caught because of a myriad of reasons - more police needed is the big one in my mind.

Until our police force is properly staffed (which may be never the way fiscally irresponsible Supervisors keep pissing away money the City doesn&apos;t really have on pet projects), citizens need to be able to defend themselves against these groups of thugs. Sane/non-criminal folks should be able to carry a pistol with rubber bullets in this town for defense.  Let the criminals sweat out whether or not we have rubber bullets or real bullets in the chamber.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
