<description>&lt;p&gt;we went to pirate&apos;s cove on saturday morning. we had a blast, with the baby in tow and our golden retriever. dogs are allowed on the coastal trail if you keep them on leash. park at muir beach if you want the short hike in, 1.7 miles. go from the tennessee valley side if you want a serious hike. we had a blast but have to warn everyone to check themselves and their dogs for ticks after. we found quite a few on our pup.
