Have you seen the new "services" picture in The Examiner's Classifieds section? The local "newspaper" recently updated the stock photos at the top of the page, and this new one is a bit, um, va va va voom with the manly toolbelts and the crotches and the hooked-thumb thrustiness. Is it getting warm in here? Just what kind of "services" are we talking about, Examiner?

The previous picture was also a male midsection -- a torso clutching a dangling hammer, as a matter of fact. Is this the paper's way of getting us to read the classifieds? Sorry, Ex, but we skim through enough ads already on our journey to Dilbert, your one good comic. Nothing could induce us to plunge into the classifieds. Well, almost nothing -- switch "Public Notices" to "Pubic" and we'll have a deal.
