SFist Photo: How Weird Street Faire in San Francisco
A weirdo's dream: Great weather, valet parking for bicycles, and a steady stream of fellow weirdos flooding a portion of Howard (How Weird) Street.

San Francisco Founding Parent William D. M. Howard would spin in his grave if he somehow found out about the current state of developments of the formerly dignified Howard Street Faire. Or not. Regardless, a good time was had by all in attendence. Where else can you get an entry ticket discount just for being weird? The proposed tripling! of police fees jeopardized this year's event and certainly harshed people's mellows, but things worked out in the end. It turns out event organizers in S.F. can have their mandatory police fees lowered just by asking. How nice. Stay weird.
