Playing the role of Shawn Fanning, minus the curls, the real estate retraction appears to be stealing theoretical dollars from the pockets of a member of Metallica. According to The Wall Street Journal guitarist Kirk Hammett has cut the asking price of his Pacific Heights mansion to a mere $10.5 million from the $12.5 million he'd been seeking since 2005.

The real tragedy? No little Wall Street Journal-style drawing of Hammett's head (a.k.a. a "hedcut") is anywhere to be found! Dammit! We love those things . . .

The price probably went down, because it would be hard to sleep in the Metallica guy's house.

You'd have to sleep with one eye open, gripping your pillow tight...

EXIT LIGHT...

ENTER NIGHT...

Ahem. Never mind.

Let me get this straight: A "heavy metal guitarist", many of whom are involved with Satanic CULTS (Heavy Metal people, not just "guitarists") is trying to sell his GROSSLY OVERPRICED MANSE for a mere $10.5 ?

Is it any wonder this world is so screwed up ?

Social workers, people who help others, make ZILCH, and filthy rock and roll people make this kind of money and get to live like this ?

There should be a ban on allowing rock and rollers, porn stars, and others involved with "degrading public morals" in living in "decent, albeit exorbitantly-expensive, neighborhoods". Seriously !

That, of course, would also apply to Diane Feinstein, a closet "evil person" herself !
