Baby Bull Busted

Beloved Giant Orlanda Cepeda got busted today for drugs somewhere in Solano County. Police stopped him for speeding but after smelling the whacky weed in the car, they brought out the police dogs. The dogs found dope, a needle, and a white substance that could either be meth or coke.

The Baby Bull and the man who gave us AT&T Park's ChaCha Bowl has had drug problems throughout his career, even spending some time in the slammer in 1975 for trafficking marijuana. It was long felt that one of the reasons Cepeda had to wait so long before getting into the Hall of Fame was due to his drug problems and he got in after a lengthy campaign for him.

Orlando is out on bail.
