It's Got to Be the Morning After

Giants 6 Cardinals 2- What are we to make of the Giants this week? They've won two in a row and four out of five and they would be on a five game winning streak if the bullpen didn't cough one up Tuesday night. In these five games, they've had great starting pitching, suddenly lights out relief, and timely hitting. In other words, they're playing like a good ball team, the kind of ball team in which every night there's another hero. In this game, Noah Lowry and the 'pen (mainly Brad Hennessey) held the Cards to two runs and Richie continued on with his 12-game hitting streak to lead the way.

So what is this Giants team? The no-hit wonders of the first week or the scrappy team of this week? We honestly don't know.
