sp_warriors077.jpg -The Warriors beat the Memphis Grizzlies, a game that got kind of hyped up early as a "trap" game, meaning the kind of game teams think is too easy and kind of slacks off on. You know, like how most teams play the Warriors. The game wasn't very easy, however, as they had to rally from eight down in the fourth to win and Baron got ejected in the first quarter. -Jonathan Cheechoo got a hat trick and Joe Thornton got four assists as the Sharks beat the LA Kings 6-3.

-The A's beat the Giants 8-5 in their final exhibition game of the season. For Giants fans, it felt like every game over the past three years-- Bonds hit two home runs, the bullpen gave up a bunch of runs, and the A's got the better of them.

-Jason Ellison was traded to the Mariners for a Triple AAA pitcher as the Giants finalized their roster.

-The A's finalize theirs too.
