The Presses: Stopped.

OMG! We are SO hitting the big time! We've got two news appearances coming up: tonight at 5pm on KRON-4 and someday at sometime KGO-7. (Update! The KGO story may be delayed, or may not run at all -- their enthusiasm waned when they learned they'd have to share the story with KRON.) Both are in regards to our hard-hitting phonecammery, documenting the EARTH-SHATTERING CATASTROPHES that are Muni's casual standards. We'll be appearing on the "evening news," which is like a blog except you have to sit there for a half hour while someone reads it to you.
So now that our Muni caterwauling has landed us on all the major local news stations (Fox doesn't count), let us compare their approaches. NBC offered to drop by our house after work; KGO asked us to come to their offices; and KRON dropped everything and rushed to meet us right that second. From this, let us extrapolate the attitudes of all the stations: NBC is a bold seductress, like Catwoman; KGO rides confidently atop a magnificent gilded throne, like Xerxes in 300; and KRON is the eager heart-of-golded best friend like Fozzie Bear. We love them all.
