Trapped In The Closet Sing-Along

180px-TITC.jpgFirst there was the Sound of Music Sing-Along. Then came a whole lotta other Sing-Alongs. But this Wednesday, there might be the awesomest Sing-Along of them all: a sing-along of R. Kelly's epic magnum opus, Trapped in a Closet.

We said it was awesome, didn't we?

Yep, sing a long to all twelve chapters of Kelly's hipoperia-- all with the video itself playing in the background. But wait, there's more! The night will also feature a rapping contest and screenings of early R. Kelly videos including (but probably not THAT video)-- even a filmed interview with R himself.

The event is presented by the San Francisco Film Society's SF360 Film & Club at the Mezzanine. Doors open at 7:00 pm and the program starts at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $8.00 at the door and $5.00 if reserved in advance by emailing info@sf360.org

best. show. ever.

outside live music concerts, that was the best live event i've been to in years.

totally fun. totally awesome.

I agree with Peter -- my friends and I also had a really fun time. Only way it could have been better is if they had played the video of R. Kelly performing "Trapped in the Closet" at the MTV awards show, which was a hundred on the unintentional comedy scale.
