It's Got to Be the Morning After
-One day after one of the most awful losses of the season and probably one of the worst losses in several years, the Warriors sprung back to life and beat the Detroit Pistons 111-93. Say goodbye to your six game losing streak. It was their first win at Detroit's home court in thirteen years and the first time they swept the series against the Pistons since the '93-94 season. Now how about that? One of Golden State of Mind's contributors actually watched the game live from Detroit.
-Dick Davey's straight out of Hollywood attempt to make the Big Dance before retiring fell through as Gonzaga beat them in the WCC Conference title Game. Santa Clara is 21-10 but probably won't get in due to playing in a middling conference and not having that great of a record.
-And here's your new name for the Giants: the "Geriatrics."
-Why did the 49ers lose out on big free agent stud Adalius Thomas? Geography. SFist's spell gives thanks.
