The autopsy of the Stanford student who was found dead in the trunk of her car last month was found to have toxically-high levels of a substance normally found in Benadryl. Her father remains unconvinced it was a suicide, saying maybe someone forced her to take the drug before killing her.

nkrunner.jpgHey, remember the naked South Bay jogger? He's a 43 year old married engineer who says there's nothing wrong with the human body. He's agreed to not do it anymore and pay a $95 fine, after people objected that it was kind of creepy. (Did you know there's a law against exposing the genitals and/or anal area in state parks?) He also said you don't really feel cold once you start moving, and other witnesses agreed that he took special care not to startle their horses. There's also reports of a naked bicyclist in Palo Alto, but the authorities believe it's not the same person.

And a three-year-old baby is safe after a quick-thinking driver spotted the toddler wandering up the onramp to Highway 92 (the San Mateo Bridge highway). The driver pulled over to the side of the road, picked up the baby, then got off the highway at the next exit and called the cops. It turns out the baby had wandered out of their house (near the freeway) when her mother left for work at 3 a.m. The father immediately called the cops, who were at the same time taking the 911 call from the driver. No charges will be pressed against anyone; the cops said it looked like the 3-year-old "wanted to go say goodbye to her mother."
