They're already cleaning it up, and it was so nice to walk by the other night and have it smell like soap instead of the usual blend of stale urine (people regularly pee on the 14th Street entrance, after which it streams down the sidewalk). Of course the neighborhood needs affordable housing. After 35 years of vacancy, it's clearly not going to happen at the Armory.</p>
