The victim is a black female. This is about 100 feet from the double homicide on the 14th. Not coincidentally, there is a neighborhood meeting tonight at 7 pm at the Friendship Church at Oak and Steiner. The city will announce the arrest of all the crack dealers, the DA will announce their prosecution, and the SFHA will announce the eviction of the people dealing crack from their units and the installation of security cameras to manage their property in a way similar to those of us who pay taxes.</p>
