That story about Manka's Inverness Lodge burning down not exciting enough for you? Well, how's this for exciting (and please, make sure you are sitting down as you read this): because of the fire, we almost lost the Gyllenhaals!!! And we're not just talking about Mr. Brokeback himself, but his sister Maggie too! No mention of Maggie's beau Peter Sarsgaard, the baby Gyllenhaal, or Toothy Tile's Jake's BFFs Lance Armstrong and/or Matthew McConaughey.

Apparently, they were among the dozen or so people who were staying at the lodge when it caught on fire. And, believe it or not, stars evacuate buildings when they're on fire too as they were both forced to run out of the hotel and into the middle of the storm at three in the morning.

But lest you think they didn't do something un-star-like, chief and co-owner Brad DeLong said Jake was helping to pull things out of the fire. Stars-- what won't they do.

Update: According to the always invaluable Leah Garchik, Peter Sarsgaard and baby Ramona were there too. All are safe.
