It's Got to Be the Morning After

-The Warriors finally won on the road, beating the Boston Celtics 96-95 with some great last minute D that shut down Paul Pierce with about twenty seconds left. It's only their second road win this season and yes, it's a huge win.

-Scott Ostler gets nostalgic for all those who got away. It's an awfully big list too.

-Cal's women’s basketball team loses, Stanford's wins.

-Fear the new hockey uniforms.

-Raiders punter the latest Raider to whine about not making the Pro Bowl. One, you're a punter. Two, you're a Raider. What did you expect?

-Speaking of which, they actually have the cornerstones of a good, young team. Now they just have to forget about all the losing.

-Barry Zito just chills while everyone bids for his services. Mychael Urban of the Examiner hopes one of those teams is the Giants.

-Barry's not the only chill guy in Bay Area baseball, so is Bruce Bochy. Which is good because when Benitez blows another lead and when Barry refuses to go in and pinch-hit to win the game, he'll need it.
