Susannah Furr of Pronk

Apparently SFist readers love Pronk, judging by how many of you entered to win their Holiday giveaway last week. Well, hey, we’re all about giving you want you want. Today between 4 and 9 pm you can hit the Pronk and Darlybird (another SFist fav) trunk show at 2004 Gough Street. To help kill time at work, we’ve got an interview with Susannah Furr, the creative force behind Pronk, and an exemplar of what she wants the brand to be. Shop on!

What's the story behind Pronk?
Pronk comes from my belief that clothing impacts our day and so our closets need to be curated carefully. With this in mind, I set out to make quality, beautiful clothing for women that is glamorous but meant for everyday. As a mother of four kids I like to be comfortable but am not interested in track suits. Instead I love matching vibrant prints with bold colors.
