Chapeau! on Clement: Wow!
The restaurant Chapeau! on Clement near 15th Avenue is a little cozy, like a narrow-bodied, single-aisle Air France Concorde jet. But also like the Concorde, Chapeau! has impeccable service and Gallic charm. This popular and reasonably priced French bistro is one San Francisco's treasures.

Chapeau! means wow in French, as far as we know. But chapeau means a certain kind of hat, so that's what your bill arrives in.
