Rainbow, try again with a different PC? You need to try to start over. Perhaps you can get rid of the existing driver? The installation might be sensitive to the order in which you do things, particularly to when you plug in the USB cable. I have this same mini digital camera (but blue).I've been trying to make it work,but I just cant.Everytime I connect the USB cable to the computer I get "Camera connection fail".Please help me out! :( I will appreciate it

if you look hard enough you can get these bulk for dirt cheap.. a great treat for the halloween crowd... toss it in the bag with the candy and the kids will annoy everyone with this prize. i seen them go as cheap as $50 for 12. great steal when it comes to that line of advertising.

The included AAA battery in mine was already dead. I also find that the battery drains just sitting in the camera!!! The packaging had a veiled promise of "webcam" usage, but that must be a different, more (er) advanced model. I agree that the software installation was problematic. What's amazing is that I saw something resembling the $10 camera in the SkyMall catalog for $50. Egads, I hope no one falls for that! It's truly annoying that it requires drivers at all--why doesn't it just plug in and let you transfer? Were they afraid of people misusing it as a flash drive?? If you have one..enjoy it. If you don't...SAVE your money.

Can't hold the thing steady enough to get an unblurred shot. You have to distance the camera one foot from your eye to get an idea of what you are shooting which makes it very difficult to hold it steady. Just a toy.

I do not if the camera will work or not, as I installed the driver, but, all I get is a message error saying ," camera connect fail ". How can this be REPAIRED, OR IS THERE ANOTHER DRIVER THAT WILL WORK? any help would be appreciated!!!!

I just got this camera and the CD in the package was damaged. HELP. I need to get a copy or buy a new camera with another CD. Where can I get a copy of the software or download a copy?????? Please email me. I bought it on a whim because my daughters & I were going snow tubing and it was the perfect thing to keep in my coat pocket. NOW, I have all these pix. and I can't do anything with them. Thanks so much for anyone's HELP.

Some side by side comparison shots would be nice but I loaned out this little camera. It's hard to use inside and if you go outside then you have to come back in to see what you have. These were the best photos I produced. Imagine similar shots but clear instead of muddy and properly framed - you can't easily tell what you are shooting with this thing.
