Actually, the survey isn't as easy as you think, mainly because they want you to prioritize a few things or at least let them know what you consider the most important things to fix. Try choosing between increasing service frequency at peak times, increasing service at non-peak times, having shorter travel time, being more reliable, having better information, or upping safety. See, not so easy, is it? Especially when "all of the above" isn't an option.
