Day Around the Bay

-SFPD not surprised that a member was off doing kiddy sex junkets in Asia as they sort of knew it for years.

-Caltrain board approves plan for Wi-FI on Caltrains. Thousands of commuters jump for joy.

-LeftinSF writes that a lot of power companies are loading up on dirty power before all those global warming laws become legal.

-Jennifer Garner campagins against Pombo, Schwarzenegger campaigns in district too but won't say anything about Dick.

-With no other problems facing the San Francisco school district, the school board is all set to pull the plug on JROTC. Some kids disappointed.

-Inside Bay Area takes a look at the impact of Prop. 209, the anti-affirmative action resolution, on the state. The Ex takes a look at the passing of the medicinal marijuana proposition.

-Web 2.0 to create more democratic world, belief in sharing instead of profits. Bong not put down.

-Cal beats UCLA, San Jose State beats New Mexico State, and Stanford loses 42-0 to USC. Heh..heh, we said 420.

-Warriors lose to Jazz, Sharks beat Penguins.
