It's the last weekend before.... the District 6 election! This week's episode: Everybody Hates The Final Push.
--Bar crawl with Chris Daly and the League of Pissed Off Voters tonight, on a party bus. Show up at 9 p.m. outside Daly HQ on 16th and Mission to decorate the bus (!!!), and the group leaves around 9:30 for a tour of the best drinking holes in District 6. There'll be some leaflet distribution, a fair amount of alcohol consumption, and maybe some booty-shaking as well! RSVP to Heather or call 415-971-3523 if you want to meet them along the way. --Apparently there was a hott swanky socialite party thrown on Thursday by Swells By The Numbers favorite Denise Hale for Rob Black at the Newsom-affiliated restaurant Jack Falstaff's. Anyone want to send us pictures from it?
--Manuel Jimenez refutes claims that he ran an "irrelevant" campaign, and accuses all the other candidates of imitating his stray cat style. For instance, he was the first District 6 candidate to post a video of himself riding a bike through the district. Chris Daly, you're a biter!

--District 6 is in a wave of YouTube madness! Here's the two we've gotten most recently: anti-Daly tuckdick's Mr. BigStuff (Tuckdick, why are the names of the alleged downtown interests rolling the wrong way at the end?), and pro-Daly (or is it?) duchesskate81's "Chris Daly cute." Is Chris Daly actually considered cute?
--Also on the YouTube front, DiggaSlidwell of "The Real Chris Daly" fame, has posted a number of clips of speeches by Daly and Daly supporters. Also, Daly with the Tamale Lady.
