Remember Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia? She was the one Arnie was referring to when he made those comments about Latina women? And who later appeared at his side when he apologized to give him cover?

Well, maybe there was more to it than that because on Sunday, she sent out a statement apologizing for telling a group of school kids that she wouldn't kick the Governator "out of her bed."

As the story goes, Garcia was speaking in front of a bunch of students at La Quinta High School and just joshing around (or as she put it "engaging, frank and light-hearted" discussion) and one of the kids asked her about what she thinks of the Governor. She started talking about how like he's so totally nice and like totally funny, and OH MY GOD he plays chess when he's traveling around and then went on to add how she'd totally, in a word, hit it. Cue outraged parents, shocked administrators, and conspiracy minded aides thinking it's all a ploy of the teacher's union.

You know, between stories like this about our Governor and Gavin's dating a 20-year old, it's a great time to be blogger. Like we'd have these kind of stories if Phil Angelides were elected.
