<description>&lt;p&gt;The Folsom Fair seems like a *great* place to recruit more cops.  All those buff daddies will surely pass the physical, they look intimidating as hell in uniform, and they already have their own handcuffs.

How is this not great for everyone?

And as for cops being recognized as leathermen, well  isn&apos;t that just more community outreach?  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
