...Oh, and also, Bring a Change of Clothes

Open wide! (At the orifice of your choosing.) This Friday ... 7pm ... A Different Light (489 Castro St. at 18th St.): a book signing by local comic artists Justin Hall, Steve MacIsaac, and Andy Hartzell. Justin, along with Dave Davenport, is one of the smutty minds behind "Hard to Swallow," a periodic anthology of phalluses and gooey fluids. (He also writes a non-pr0nish series called "Swallowing a Cobra's Heart and Other True Travel Tales.") Issue two of "HtS" is just coming out now, as well as The Book of Boy Trouble, a collection of gay zine comics spanning the last 10 years.
When we reviewed issue one of "HtS," we blushed so hard we got a sunburn. The new issue promises a continuation of a story of lusty pirates, as well as SOMA hookups and pr0n shoots. Boy Trouble isn't quite a smutty, but promises "a new attitude," and if there's anything we can't get enough of, it's attitude.
We estimate that probably 20 to 30 percent of attendees will leave the book signing with a new friend whose name they won't remember in the morning. So, maybe you should wear a nametag.
Update! You can hear our interview with Justin over at our Superfisters podcast.

Saucy stuff!!
